The sales people were very good and explained a lot about the car. As others rode in my car and started playing with controls, I tryed to get some settings back by reading the book that came with the car. The book did not seem to match 2024 model I had, and had to go back to the dealership to have a salesman show me how to readjust a couple of settings, which was different than what was shown in the book that came with the car.

The salesman, Mike was outstanding. He talks with you and listens and is in no way "pushy" or tries to talk you into something you are not interested in. Gave me a price on a Monday and two hours before picking up my vehicle told me they made a mistake and the truck would be about $k more than we had agreed to. What i thought was a friendly dealership that was easy to deal with quickly devolved into the shady car dealership so many of us have become used to. Not sure why car buying has to suck so badly but you proved that even through it starts out great, it quickly turns into a shady run of the mill annoying experience.

The truck was scheduled for a transmission service dash alert along with 15 pt inspection and tire rotation. Got a call from service at the end of the day stating there is a module failure and a new one was being ordered. None available at that time. Asked if the other work was complete, nope didn't get done. Told them no problem just keep it overnight and let me know. Service stated they would call in the morning. Never heard from them. Called around 2 to ask the status. The were working on it and it would be done days end. Really!!! I have not had an issue since I have been bringing my vehicles in over the last 5 to 6 years. What's the problem? Don't have an answer as far as the module either. Again, service said they would call. ?????

This was at the quick lube, worse experience so far. They never captured my mileage and when they wanted me to sign the paper it had 88k miles when I only had 33k,the manager was able to fix the issue. THe guy that started the intake wandered off and no one knew if he put oil in my truck so they had to go back under and pull the oil pan bolt to see if any oil was in it, there wasn't any oil so then they put oil in. Worse experience I've ever had at this location

To start, Williams Chevrolet is a great dealership. Our 2022 Equinox developed an issue with the sunroof cover. We took it to Williams for a diagnosis and they needed to order parts. They notified us that the parts were in and we scheduled a 2 day appointment. Dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday morning. Late Wednesday, around 4 pm I called the dealership about the status of the repair. I was disappointed! First, that I had to call them for the update, and second, that there was a defective part and they would need to hold the vehicle for another 2 days. On Friday they called at approximately 4:30 pm to let us know it was finished. When we arrived at 5:15 pm our service manager had gone for the day. We were disappointed! The sunroof cover was now in proper working order, however, the technician had failed to clean some grease smudges left from the servicing. Fortunately the service manager was still there and we presented the issue to him. He told us that we could return anytime next week and he would have the issue corrected. I called the following Monday morning and scheduled the service for Tuesday morning. The task was completed satisfactorily in a couple hours.
